Truck Deliveries
Most of our trucking carriers offer Curb Side Delivery to customers location. Curbed Side Delivery means it is the responsibility of the customer who is receiving the shipment to have the means to unload by (fork lift or loading dock)Please note larger items that have free shipping on ground delivery (log splitters) hectorshardware.com pays the shipping to a commercial/business address assuming the location has a fork lift, loading dock or man power to remove the product off the truck. Hector's does not pay for Residential fees or lift gate service, this is responsibility of the customer. One of our shipping personal will contact you prior to processing your order with (Residential fees, or liftgate fee if required).
Free Standard Common Carrier Shipping , if you need Resi-Delivery,drop gate, they will send a special truck , the gate lowers to ground level for easier unloading . You can add this option at $175.00

Rinnai,Toyostove,Comfortzone and Toro are warranted through an extensive network of Servicing Dealers-we recommend you check for a service dealer in your area before making your online purchase- in the event you may have a warranty issue. Once the unit is installed and if you do have a warranty issue it must be repaired by a servicing contractor in your area. Although this rarely happens we do want to make you aware of our policy. If you want us to repair you will be responsible for shipping both ways to and from our location. This policy is standard with most heating suppliers.
