Warranty is performed by Hector's Hardware or Authorized Toyostove Dealer in your area, or in conjunction with Hectors Hardware and Heater Owner.
OUT OF STATE CUSTOMERS: In the rare event of heater failure, you will need to have serviced by someone in your area. You may contact us first to assist you with determining the problem.

Can I use a personal check or money order? At this time we are only accepting credit card.
How do I find out my shipping cost? Shipping costs are provided very early in the order process. All of the shipping options, and (estimated costs) will be listed before any credit card information is required. If the shipping cost shown on your order are not correct, we will contact you for approval, PRIOR to placing the order.
Do you ship to destinations outside of the USA?Please contact store, we can review our options.
Why do the online prices differ from the in-store prices? Our online prices typically don't match prices in local stores because of a number of factors. How do I change my order? You can change your order, you can do so until it enters the shipping process. That is normally at 3pm (EST) Sunday through Friday. If you would like to change your order you will first need to cancel your original order, call us at 716-688-4488 Customer Service.

When will my order ship? Generally, orders placed before 12:00 NOON (EST)usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after NOON will typically ship in two business days. If we encounter problems with your order, we will notify you by email or telephone as soon as possible.
What shipping options are available? Small items will ship Fed EX, UPS, or USPS Ground. Typically shipments are sent using 2-3 business days delivery option. For larger orders, Toyostove ,Rinnai , Toro these may need to be shipped via LTL carrier.(less than full load).
