We honor the manufacturer’s warranty 100% on all Rinnai & Toyostove heaters sold on our site. If your product should ever fail, send us the defective part under the policy terms and we’ll send you a new one free, we will even ship it to yu free within the first 30 days. .
Manufacturers do not pay labor charges, you will have to pay the labor charge to the Rinnai Servicing contractor or your contractor.
We will cover the shipping fees on any defective part that requires replacing within first 30 days.
You also have the option of processing warranty claims with heating and cooling dealers around the country that service the manufacturer's products that we sell. You will need to confirm there are servicing dealers in you area before placing your order.
Labor warranties are not provided for Rinnai and Toyostove , however, a professional installer can provide a labor warranty on his workmanship.
We do require a contractor's receipt or proof of Town Plumbing Department inspection to validate your warranty, we cannot process warranty parts or claims for you unless otherwise approved. Since the manufacturer does not provide a labor warranty, you may be able to arrange this with your contractor before he installs the heater.
If you do have a warranty issue we will need this proof that your heater was installed correctly , you may have your contractor diagnose the problem and then request the part form us, we will send the part under warranty at no cost to you for the for 30 days after purchase. If you are unable to diagnose the problem, you can call us directly and work with one of our servicing technicians to solve your issue. If you are unable to perform the repair yourself , you may contact a local heating contractor , at your expense to perform the diagnose and repair. We will provide the replacement part under the terms of the warranty. If the contractor you hire performs a diagnosis on his own without talking to our staff and the contractor claims that a certain part is needed, and it is later found out that the diagnosis was wrong, you will be responsible for the cost of the part (it will not be covered under the warranty).
We have sold many heating units over the years and in most cases the units are installed and are trouble free, however we do want to make our customers aware of issues that could develop and if you are going to be your own heating installer you will have to take care of the repair either yourself or hire a heating contractor.
We are selling these heaters at significantly lower prices than most heating contractors, if you do have a warranty issue you will need to repair the unit with your own contractor or through our technical service department,please do not ask to return the unit , the defective part must be replaced on site we are advising you of our policies before you make your purchase.

Rinnai,Toyostove,Comfortzone and Toro are warranted through an extensive network of Servicing Dealers-we recommend you check for a service dealer in your area before making your online purchase- in the event you may have a warranty issue. Once the unit is installed and if you do have a warranty issue it must be repaired by a servicing contractor in your area. Although this rarely happens we do want to make you aware of our policy. If you want us to repair you will be responsible for shipping both ways to and from our location. This policy is standard with most heating suppliers.
