- Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return all unused items ordered from
HectorsHardware.com for a full refund for all items except for the following.

- All items returned must be in as shipped condition within the original box. If any product
has been installed - it can not be returned.
- Please open all boxes immediately and check for contents and
damage. We must know within 7 days upon your receiving products of
any damage/problems.Freight Companies have time limits on filing claims.
- If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse
to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure that when you sign the
shippers proof-of-delivery slip that you include a note stating that the package
is/appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us
immediately. We do expect you to deal with the carrier in that case. If you
prefer for us to deal with the carrier, we must know within 7 days of
your receipt of the product that it was damaged. Also, if there was any
internal (non-visible) damage, this should be reported to the carrier (or
to us) within 7 days of receiving the product.Freight Companies have time limits on filing claims.
- Special Order products ,items that do not have prices listed on our web page and
that you received a special quote on(WHOLESALE) may not be returned.
- And of course, if an item was shipped in error - we will refund you the total amount of your order.
All Items with Free Shipping that are returned will be charged for outgoing freight as well as return freight.
Non-Returnable Items: Used Equipment and Gas-powered Units, Iron Away Custom Cabinets,Rinnai Heaters,Audio Equipment and Megaphones.
If you are having a warranty issue with your item, please contact us and we will get you in contact with the appropriate service center.
Equipment: generators, outboards, lawnmowers, snowthrowers, chain saws, tillers, Weber gas grills, power washers, Rinnai heaters. All Kerosene Heaters.These are warranty-supported by Nationwide Service Centers. For the closest servicing dealer, contact our service department.
Anchor Audio equipment, and Speco equipment, opened and used is non-returnable. The equipment is warranted by the manufacturer and supported by an 800 toll-free tech line. Un-opened audio equipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We must be notified within 5 days of receipt if equipment is being returned.
Iron Away Cabinets are custom made and may include custom features that were ordered specifically for you and therefore can not be returned.
Rinnai heaters are backed by an excellent 800 technical department, if you are having an installation problem call the 800 number listed in the owners manual.
Refunds
You must contact us via email, the "Contact Us" button or via the phone below for authorization to return items. Without
a proper authorization - items returned to us - will not be accepted. Also, we will need to
give you our return shipping address and a return authorization code. Don't send any items
back to HectorsHardware.com, unless you get an authorization code, shipping information and shipping address.
If you fail to do this - you may send the return to the wrong warehouse and we may not be able to know that
it was returned.
Once we received your returned item and have checked it out - we will be able to refund to the
credit card on file within 2 to 10 business days..
International Orders: A customer with a valid e-mail address may shop internationally with us by signing up for a FREE PayPal account at Free Pay Pal Account.
International Orders do not include customs fees, duties, or taxes. We have no way of calculating these fees, which may be due at point of delivery. Any package refused will be liable for outgoing and return shipping charges.

Q: I'm not crazy about sending my credit card information over the Internet. What can I do?
A: We use 128-bit encryption to make sure ALL of the information we receive is completely safe. If you still are uncomfortable you can call customer service at 1-866-275-7383 and we will be glad to take your information over the phone.
Q:Is Yahoo! Shopping secure?
